An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

We are in a newly refurbished “New York style” office and I promise that you will look forward to getting out of bed on Monday mornings so that you can be part of the office ‘buzz’. We are based on the city fringe in Kensington so you won’t have to deal with city traffic jams, plus there’s free unlimited parking!

The role

• Take incoming phone calls and assist with job seeker inquiries
• Pre-screen, interview, register and place candidates into jobs
• Build relationships with new and existing candidates and clients
• Coordinate candidate registration process
• Visa and reference checking

The ideal candidate

• Knowledge of the construction industry advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and persuasive when talking with people
• Keen to work in a team environment
• Motivated, positive and driven to meet and exceed targets
• Able to multitask and operate calmly under pressure
