JV Recruitment is currently looking for an ongoing welder
for a factory in Campbellfield. The project will be focusing on MIG structural steel welding. The successful candidate will build and mend shields to be placed in trenches to maintain the structuaral integrity of the trench walls.
This is an immediate start position. To be considered for this role, you
must have a Welding Cert 3,
as you will have the final sign off on builds before they are sent out to site.
ON OFFER:
- $47-$50 per hour + super
- Meal allowance included (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
- Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
- On-going role
ROLE DUTIES:
- Welding of Heavy Structural Steel
- To be able to weld all positions
- Working unsupervised
- Reading and Interpreting Engineering drawings
- Inspect your welds for integrity
Key requirements needed to apply:
- Welding Cert 3

- Experience in manufacturing welding (desirable)
