Are you a driven and experienced Foreperson or Site Manager seeking a challenging and rewarding role?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Site Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Due to exceptional growth and winning multiple projects for 2025, they are in the need to expand their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate site teams, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring seamless project execution.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Proactively monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to management.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections and address any issues promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Manager in Commercial New Build construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Builders License, White Card, First Aid) highly regarded.
