Their collaborative approach has allowed them to develop strong client relationships and grow the business to over 100 dedicated construction professionals. They work across commercial, industrial, hospitality, and high-end multi-residential with the latter being a real key area of growth for the business at the moment.
 
The Role
 
As a proactive Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving all aspects of the project forward, including;

• Programming, scheduling and forward planning.
• Providing supervision, coordination and leadership to all trades.
• Ensuring that OHS standards are adhered to on site.
• Ensure that projects progress on time and to a high standard.

• Ideally trade qualified with a strong understanding of construction methodology.
• Have a minimum of 3+ years in the role of Site Manager.
• Proven track record in delivering apartment or commercial projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.

• Up to $220,000 + Super, depending on experience
