Senior Contract Administrator

We’re partnering with a reputable and growing builder to find an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their high-performing team. Specialising in Class 2 residential projects, this company delivers quality multi-storey builds with a strong focus on compliance, design integrity, and client satisfaction.

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the commercial management of projects valued up to $350m+. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you’ll take ownership of the contract administration process, ensuring effective procurement, financial tracking, and risk management throughout the construction lifecycle.

Location: South Brisbane, West End. 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing head contract and subcontractor agreements
• Leading procurement strategies and negotiating key packages
• Ensuring accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and variation control
• Reviewing compliance with Class 2 regulations and NCC guidelines
• Supporting the delivery team across planning, program, and reporting
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative team culture

• 4+ years' experience in Contract Administration, with recent Senior CA exposure
• Proven background on Class 2 residential apartment or mixed-use projects
• Strong working knowledge of D&C contracts and NCC compliance
• Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, detail-focused approach and a team-first attitude
