Our client is a leading construction formwork company working on high-profile T1 contracts.
We are seeking an experienced OHS Officer
to uphold our commitment to safety excellence across large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor WHS systems in line with legislation and T1 contract requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Investigate incidents and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain safety records and liaise with regulatory bodies during audits.
- Promote a culture of safety and proactive risk management.
- 2+ years in a safety officer role, ideally within construction and formwork operations.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in WHS (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of safety legislation and industry standards.
- Experience delivering training and conducting incident investigations.
- White card, first aid certification, and relevant construction safety qualifications preferred.
- Salary up to $140k + Super - negotiable depending on experience.
- Exposure to major T1 projects.
