About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Night Shift Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project. This is a 7-Month contract position set to start Mid March.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the refurbishment project from inception to completion, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all work aligns with project specifications.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Procore desirable, though not essential.
- The project is located in the Macedon Ranges so ideally you will live within a commutable distance of this area.
