Are you a driven and experienced Leading Hand seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity?
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Leading Hand to join our client's team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of commercial new build projects, working closely with site teams to ensure exceptional outcomes. Due to exceptional growth and winning multiple projects for 2025, they are in the need to expand their teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities, leading by example to motivate site teams.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and trades to maintain seamless project execution.
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Support the Site Manager in monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand in commercial new build construction.
- Solid understanding of construction practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
- Organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., White Card, First Aid) are highly regarded.
