Key Account Manager / Estimator

THE ROLE

Key Account Manager / Estimator you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key customer accounts within the electrical and telecommunications sector. This hybrid role encompasses approximately of 60% Estimating, 30% Supporting State Manager and 10% Business Development. Apart from estimating jobs, your other responsibility will be to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering tailored solutions that align with business goals.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Estimating Experience: At least 1 year of prior electrical estimating experience necessary.
• Qualified Electrician:  You must be a qualified electrician to be considered for this role. 
• Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in electrical and telecommunications solutions, including data and fibre optics.
• Client Management: Proven ability to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Communication Skills: Ability to respond promptly and effectively to client needs.
• Business Development: Experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Qualifications: Electrical Licence, Open Cabling Licence, and a valid Driver’s Licence.
• Software Proficiency: Experience using Simpro and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
