About the Role
As a Junior Development Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director on exciting projects, gaining hands-on experience in the commercial construction space. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those working towards a qualification in Property Economics who are ready to dive into the fast-paced world of property development.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end management of development projects.
• Support feasibility studies, market research, and financial modeling.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project updates.

• Currently completing or already hold a qualification in Property Economics  - this is essential. 
• Strong interest in property development and construction. 
• Previous experience working within a construction or development company is desired but not essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No previous experience required – recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

• Salary up to $110k, depending on experience.
