Site Supervisor/Foreperson – Fitout Project
Our client has been leading in the Commercial New Build & Fitout space for over 15 years and are looking to expand their fitout management team.

JV Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman
to join their team for an exciting project based in Alexandria, starting in February.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with OH&S regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Provide hands-on support as required, while predominantly focusing on supervisory duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Foreman on fitout projects.
- Previous experience in new build construction is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
