About the Role:
We're partnering with a leading construction companies known for their commitment to quality and innovation. These opportunities offer the chance to lead and oversee all aspects of on-site operations, from pre-construction planning to final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive daily site activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to exceptional standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to WHS regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams during all project phases, from pre-construction to handover.
- Proactively monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control, identifying and addressing any potential challenges.
- Mentor and support team members, contributing to a positive and productive site culture.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman on commercial new-build projects, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle.
- Proven experience across diverse commercial sectors, including but not limited to, apartments, industrial, education, aged care, and retail/hospitality.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- A consistent track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a passion for continuous improvement.
