JV Recruitment currently have an increase in demand for experienced Hoist Operators throughout Melbourne, in particular Geelong.
JV is a Labour Hire agency and we regularly receive requests for Hoist Operators on various projects throughout Melbourne. Job duties vary depending on the project and type of hoist you would be operating. Anyone working with JV Recruitment requires a minimum of 12 months experience using the relevant ticket.
For the right candidates, work is ongoing with extensive opportunities for overtime paid at overtime with a high amount of our candidates progressing into full-time role.
These are immediate start positions. You could be working on-site from tomorrow.
ON OFFER:
- $38-$42 (experience dependent) per hour + super + coinvest
- Meal allowance included (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
- Additional Travel allowance ($21.94 per day)
- Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
- On-going roles
ROLE DUTIES:
Operating duties can vary dependent on the plant you will be operating; this could vary between a personnel and material hoist.
These roles often include an aspect of labouring, therefore the capability of manual labour is essential for these roles.
Full job role and duties will be given to you prior to starting a placement.
Key requirements needed to apply:
- White Card
- Full Australian work Rights
- Must be able to work well within a team environment.
- 12 months construction experience
- Full PPE
- Valid High Risk Work license (HP) or relevant Hoist Operator ticket is essential
- Own reliable transport is highly desired however not essential
