Our client is a well-established electrical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects
across Melbourne’s CBD. Known for their commitment to excellence and innovation, they have built long-standing relationships with clients by consistently providing reliable, efficient, and high-standard electrical solutions.
THE ROLE:
With a growing pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand
to join their team and play a key role in managing a team of 10-15 electricians, and delivering projects to the highest standard.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A-Grade Electrician with leading hand experience
- Proven ability to manage teams
- Construction Industry White Card
- Strong experience in rough-ins and fit-offs
- Knowledge of CBUS, Dynalite, and KNX lighting control systems
- Proficiency with switchboards, CAT6, and CAT6A
- Strong understanding of OH&S regulations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and wiring diagrams
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
