is seeking an experienced Project or Contracts Manager
to join a leading client in the Commercial & Remedial construction sector, specialising in cladding replacement
for fire safety.
This full-time
role is crucial to the successful delivery of impactful projects. You'll play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards through effective contract management and project oversight.
Start Date: Immediate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and design documents.
- Manage contractual obligations seamlessly, ensuring all milestones and compliance requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, schedules, and project documentation.
About You:
- You bring a solid foundation of contracts management or project management experience within the construction industry.
- Ideally, you have a background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
- You're proficient in contract administration, risk management, and project documentation.
- A qualification in Construction Management, Law, or Engineering is a plus, but not essential.
- You possess a strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and best practices in project management.
- You can confidently interpret and apply complex contractual terms and conditions.
- Strong written communication skills are required.
