Contract Administrator – Commercial New Build | Design & Construct

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Contract Administrator to join a growing team working on D&C commercial projects ranging from $10M to $50M+. You’ll be supported by experienced Project Managers and Commercial Leads, with the opportunity to grow your skillset and progress within the business.


Your Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing subcontractor packages and purchase orders
• Assisting with cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Supporting the PM team across design, procurement, and delivery stages
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams
• Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are up to date

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial or residentail construction
• Proven experience within a Design & Construct environment is essential
• A relevant construction or engineering qualification
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work

• Salary up to $120k + Super, depending on experience
