The Role:
As a Contract Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to manage contracts, costs, and project documentation efficiently. Your role will be critical in ensuring seamless project delivery, from pre-construction through to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines.
  • Oversee tender packages, scope of works, and procurement processes.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Handle and evaluate variations, progress claims, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including Procore records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and negotiate favourable outcomes with subcontractors and suppliers.

About You:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial new build projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract management, cost control, and procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Proficient in construction software (Procore highly regarded).
  • Ability to work on fast-tracked projects and manage multiple priorities.
  • A team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
