The Client:
The Client in question provide integrated solutions in the construction and services industry, remedial and rectification, maintenance, and cleaning for many different types of business across the commercial space.
The Role:
The client are looking for a project manager to lead their jobs from inception to completion.
- Project Planning & Coordination: Define project scope, create detailed plans, set time lines, and allocate resources to meet objectives while managing risks and stakeholder expectations
- Team Leadership & Communication: Lead and motivate the project team, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budget, allocate resources effectively, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and timely project execution
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, proactively solve issues, and adapt the project plan as needed to maintain progress and quality standards
- Project Completion & Review: Ensure successful delivery of final project outcomes, conduct post-project evaluations, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Your Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience within management for a construction role preferably within the remedial and rectification area
- Proven track record of leadership, you will be reporting to the CEO but will be given full autonomy of the projects
- Willingness to go the extra mile when it comes to your work
- Great communicator and strong forward planning.
