Civil Labourer & Operator – Long-Term Opportunity – North Brisbane
Work on Major National Builder Projects
JV Recruitment is looking for experienced civil operators and labourers for a balanced role with a mix of both operating and civil labouring tasks. This role will be long terms, with the opportunity for over time and working alongside National Builders. The position is for an immediate start in projects across North Brisbane, including Nundah, Chermside, and McDowell, with work expected to continue for about 12 months.
Key points about the role:
- Role Breakdown: 50% civil labouring, 50% operating (machines like front-end loader, excavator and civil plant operation tickets)
- Experience: Civil labouring experience and necessary civil tickets (such as for front-end loader, excavator, etc.)
- Location: North Brisbane (Nundah, Chermside, McDowell)
- Project Duration: Roughly 12 months
- Start: Immediate
Skills & Experience Required:
- Current White Card
- Ability to start immediately or within the next week
- Current driver’s license and reliable transport
- Civil tickets for front-end loader, excavator, and other relevant machinery
- Minimum 12 months of experience in civil operations and labouring
What You’ll Get:
- Competitive hourly rate: $35 - $37 per hour+ 11.5% super
- $21.94 Daily Travel Allowance
- Meal Allowance(for shifts over 9.5 hours)
- Time and a half and double-time rates for overtime
