THE ROLE

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly in the house and land package sector. You will play a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and creating tailored house and land packages. Your ability to craft professional brochures and communicate effectively with clients will be essential to your success.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Residential Construction Background: 1-3 years of experience in new homes or wholesale house and land packages.
• Proven Sales Success: A track record of consistently hitting sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong Network: An established network within the residential construction industry.
• Client Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to nurture and grow client relationships.
• Package Creation Expertise: Experience in putting together house and land packages and developing marketing materials like brochures.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional presentation.

• $80,000 - $85,000 + superannuation + commission + all expences
