Starting his career with JV as a Recruitment Consultant for labour hire, Rob has grown into a successful account manager. His mature, reasonable, yet jovial approach to building and maintaining relationships ensures the trust and respect he deserves from all stakeholders. Rob enjoys providing out of the box solutions when it comes to problem solving, often considering himself to be “the panadol for your headache”. When it comes to support and providing advice on site, Rob is an all rounder, even assisting with on site OHS management, account queries and hosting bbq lunches.

My Experience

Rob is an Account Manager for blue collar construction. Prior to this, he spent 4 years with JV as a construction recruitment consultant and a further 7 years in recruitment for the hospitality and service industry.
