About Malcolm

Originally from Scotland, Malcolm relocated to Australia and commenced his career in recruitment. 15 years later, he has worked in sectors including facilities management, hospitality and construction. Malcolm has been a key member of JV Recruitment for 8 years and has heavily assisted with the growth and set up of the company. Aside from his management duties, Malcolm is a company all rounder providing support for internal recruitment, strategic planning, training and mentoring staff members. Malcolm is trustworthy, confident and passionate about all facets of recruitment, negotiations and company growth.

My Experience

Malcolm is the General Manager of the Construction division. Being a recruiter of 15 years, Malcolm now manages the permanent, labour hire, business development and finance sectors of JV Recruitment.
