About Kay

Kay joined JV in Sept 2021 to assist our Labour Hire and Permanent teams with administrative tasks however as of June 2022 she has moved into the payroll team.

Working remotely from the Philippines, Kay is proof that a team can work together even when so far apart. Kay injects fun, productivity and efficiency into her role and has synced in with the JV team and culture, making her a welcomed addition to our team as she is friendly, professional, organized and accurate.

Outside of JV, Kay creates presentations and does event coordination for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and more.

My Experience

Kay has been a full-cycle recruiter for over 11 years, handling different industries such as BPO, FMCG, Retail, Telco and Banking & Finance. Kay has been exposed to different types of Human Resources Information Systems and likes to keep them neat, making her a perfect fit for JV.

For a change, Kay chose to focus on the backend of recruitment. That's why Kay joined JV and she’s very happy with that decision.
