About Joe

Joe has a huge impact on safety at JV through his site assessments, monitoring visits, on-site toolbox talks and safety calls. He encourages and motivates our labour hire employees every day to work safely and wear their PPE on site so that they make it home safely each and every day. Both clients and candidates appreciate his enthusiasm, dedication and loyalty to the role.

My Experience

Joe has been working in the construction industry for 40+ years. He started working for JV in 2016 as a ticketed labourer driving elevated work platforms, conducting traffic and also undergoing labouring work. After he unfortunately injured his shoulder in late 2016, he has since transitioned into an inspirational WHS Officer. During his rehabilitation and recovery JV Recruitment put him through his Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and he has excelled in this sector ever since.
