Andrew joined JV in mid 2021 and not only brings plenty of recruitment experience, but also a great dose of humour! Originally from the UK and holding a degree in business studies, focusing in strategic human resource management, Andrew showcases a desire to get people into the jobs they love and to offer solutions and guidance for career pathways.

 

My Experience

 

Working in a variety of labouring sectors all over Australia, Andrew has a heap of experience in software sales, focusing in HR software, as well as managing hospitality venues around the world for a number of years. Andrew also comes with plenty of on the tools experience, so he knows what to look for when sourcing for Labour Hire positions. He’s had a variety of on-site positions completing house renovations, from labouring roles through to finishing roles, and it's this experience that's helping him sync in with our Trades & Labour Hire team.
